You play as a president of the country of TRZ, you're analyzing the secret mind recordings (not addressed in game). of February Stalbake. A 23 year old Woman who 75 years ago, worked at Arcade 51, a high-tech arcade joint

She had to cover a shift for one of her coworkers (the only known fact about him is that his first name was Rob and February didn't like him) because of a family emergency. She was promised $30,000 If she could cover the shift, but she wasn't told the robots were actually alive...and not robots at all!
